Comprehensive Benefits Package
Targeted Genetics takes pride in providing a comprehensive benefits package. The benefits package is designed to offer a variety of coverage and services, both employer-paid and optional voluntary programs, to meet the needs of our employees and their families. We subsidize monthly medical, vision and dental insurance premiums for full-time employees and their dependents, and offer life insurance and AD&D, short and long-term disability, employee assistance program (EAP), section 125 flex plans, 401K retirement plans and stock options. A number of programs (such as Social Security, worker’s compensation, state disability, and unemployment insurance) cover all employees in the manner prescribed by law. Benefits eligibility is dependent upon a variety of factors, including employee classification. Human Resources can identify the programs for which you are eligible.
