Targeted Genetics is located at 1100 Olive Way, Suite 100 in downtown Seattle. The charcoal gray building is bordered on three sides by Olive Way, Boren Avenue and Howell Street. The Metropolitan Tower next to Targeted Genetics shares the same street address, but different Suite numbers. Targeted Genetics’ reception can be accessed off of Olive Way.
Heading North on I-5
• Take the Seneca Street exit from I-5.
• Turn right on 6th Avenue.
• Go 5 blocks to Olive Way. Turn right.
• Go 5 blocks to Boren Avenue. Turn left.
• Public parking available in the Metropolitan Tower Garage 1/2 block east (turn right on Howell, then right on Minor Avenue, parking entrance on right).
• Additional public parking available on the corner of Stewart and Boren, one block north of the Company.
Alternative Route Heading North on I-5
• Take Olive Way exit. Turn right.
• Take next right (Melrose Avenue).
• Take next right (Pine Street).
• Take next right (Boren Avenue)
• Drive thru Olive Way intersection.
• Public parking available in the Metropolitan Tower Garage 1/2 block east (turn right on Howell, then right on Minor Avenue, parking entrance on right).
• Additional public parking available on the corner of Stewart and Boren, one block north of the Company.
Heading South on I-5:
• Take the Stewart Street Exit.
• Go 2 blocks to Boren. Turn left.
• Go 1 block to Howell. Turn left.
• Public parking available in the Metropolitan Tower Garage 1/2 block east (turn right on Minor Avenue, parking entrance on right).
